Multi Dimensional Guarantee

Key Supply LLC guarantees to replace any lamp or tube for a period of five (5) years. Any lamp or tube that breaks or burns out during this period will be replaced, without charge, provided that the lamp or tube was used under normal operating conditions. Broken or burned out lamps may not be returned for credit, but are subject to replacement. Key Supply LLC reserves the right to inspect defective lamps or tubes at our discretion.

Return Policy

Key Supply LLC has a thirty (30) day return policy. If our customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may contact Customer Support at: 877.258.4646. Returns must have an authorization number and be in resale condition, in the original packaging.

Damaged Delivery

All damage claims must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of product. Packages should be carefully inspected upon delivery; in the event of damage, please contact us immediately for replacement.
